APP OVERVIEW
Two apps are available offering a combination of automation, editability, and per-client/presentation control.
The “Sync” app sends data in the background based on pre-set defaults (e.g. a specific template) whilst the “Push” app allows users to make changes and override default settings on a per client/presentation basis.
Sync app:
Booked market appraisals in Reapit are sent to Acaboom five times a day with:
Auto-sending of the appointment confirmation email, which includes the Pre-Appointment presentation
The creation of the clients' main presentation in Acaboom
Push app:
Sends market appraisal appointment data to Acaboom in real-time with:
The option to control sending/not sending the Pre-Appointment presentation
Selecting a different pre-appointment, or main presentation
Editing the pre-appointment email sent to the client
The ability to change the valuer for the appointment
The creation of the clients' main presentation in Acaboom
Reapit sends all details about the appointment to include the homeowner’s name, address, contact information, day and time of the appointment, and who the valuer is. The field used to specify the valuer is the field highlighted in the screen shot below. (If there is more than one staff member attending the appointment, the valuer whose Pre-Appointment template is to be used should be selected first.)
Booking the Market Appraisal
When booking an appointment within Reapit, the appointment must be set to be a Market Appraisal (MA). It's recommended the property be added first and then the Market Appraisal button be used, rather than entering the appointment directly in the diary's entry field where the default appointment type is "viewing".
If an appointment is not set as a Market Appraisal from the outset, it can be changed within three days and the data will still be sent to Acaboom and the presentation created (if not already inserted via the Push App)
Pre-Appointment sending
The pre-appointment presentation can be sent on a per MA basis using the 'Push' app. 'Sync' the pre-appointment is only sent on certain conditions. Reapit defaults to assuming that if the 'property' and 'negotiator' confirmations are present, 'all confirmed' is implied by default. However, Reapit's API does not include a specific function for 'all confirmed'. For the pre-appointment to be sent, both 'negotiator' and 'property' confirmations are necessary, see below:
If any of these two tick boxes are not ticked at the time of the sync to Acaboom will result in the property being inserted into Acaboom, creating the main presentation, but the pre-appointment not being sent (Sync).
Presentation account allocation and roaming valuers
A presentation is added to an Acaboom account based on the Main Office specified in the Property Record within Reapit.
A valuer can be based in the same office as the Main Office or might be roaming (i.e. based at another office but carrying out the market appraisal for another office).
