Overview
We understand how crucial it is to an Estate Agent to keep their database engaged and ensure every lead is maximised. That’s why we’re have introduced significant enhancements to the nurturing element of our service, replacing the Market Update Reports with our new Market Insight Reports.
What’s New?
Our Market Insight Reports now incorporate the most comprehensive and robust data, primarily sourced from Land Registry results released monthly. This ensures the estate agents vendors receive the most accurate and up-to-date information about the property market, keeping their brand name front of their mind.
These reports include tailored insights, such as properties sold near the client, with detailed information on prices and dates. Additionally, they feature comparisons of local, regional, and national market trends, along with a dynamic interactive map showcasing sold properties by type, price, and date.
A glimpse of what is included:
Local Sold Property Statistics: Insights into recent property sales in the area, along with comparisons to previous periods.
Properties Sold Near You: Properties that have recently changed hands in close proximity to your home.
Top Local Transactions: Learn about the most notable property transactions.
Average Sold Prices: Get a clear picture of average sold prices by property type, not just locally, but also regionally and nationally.
Interactive Sold Property Map: Visualise the market activity in your area with our interactive map.
We’re also broadening the nurturing journey by sending these Insight Reports to all properties added to Acaboom, not just those with sent proposals. This means every client in the EA database will benefit from these detailed market insights.
Insight Reports will be sent monthly, ensuring the EA vendors stay informed and engaged regularly. The EA has flexibility to schedule these reports according to their preference.
