Important note: Please do not alter the dynamic tags (text enclosed in {} brackets), such as "{PRESENTEDBY}", as these represent code and are essential for automatically populating the homeowner's or agent's details in the email.
1 - Open the side menu.
2 - Click "Settings".
3 - Select the "Email content" tab.
4 - Click on the pencil icon of the email you'd like to change.
5 - Make the desired changes and click "Save".
