Admin users can create a Pre-Appointment template for a valuer who already has a user account.

Note: Some CRM integrations require manual customisation of the Pre-Appointment template after creation. If you are using an integration, please notify [email protected] once the template is created.

Step by step instructions:

1 - Go to the "My Templates" section of your account.

2 - Click "Edit" on an existing Pre-Appointment template.

3 - Click on the "Duplicate Presentation" button and confirm.

4 - Return to "My Templates" and click "Edit" on the newly created copy.

5 - Rename the template by clicking on the textbox, then click outside the textbox once the name is added.

Confirmation that your changes have been successful is shown as below.

6 - Click on the valuer slide and add their biography, name and job title in the textboxes.

7 - Go to Slide Settings > Valuer to upload the valuers’ headshot/image.

Note: Some images may need uploading to the "Inline image" tab of the "Image" section, if the "Valuer" section does not bear results.

8 - Position the image frame and click "Save".

9 - Scroll down and save the changes made in the slide settings.

10 - The template is now ready, and now it needs to be "bound" to its respective valuer.

Go to My Templates, hover over the template, and click "Bind to user."
Select the valuer from the dropdown and click “Save.

Note: Some templates may have been set up to have extra design elements in agreement with your company's decision makers. If you're unable to find a placeholder image in the "Valuer" or "Inline image" area, this may be the case for your templates. Should that be the case, please contact [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you with the next steps.

Important note: As per Acaboom's fair use policy, accounts may have up to 3 valuers at the original subscription cost of the account. Additional valuers are subject to an increase of the monthly subscription for the office account.
