Occasionally, you may have a prospect who is without internet access, or an internet capable device. In these situations, it would be convenient to be able to export your presentation as a PDF, which you could print out for them.
Follow our simple steps below to find out how you can achieve this.
1. Click Actions on the property for which you would like to download the presentation.
2. Click either the Presentation or Proposal tab, and scroll down until you see the cloud icon. Click on this button.
3. You will see a pop-up window appear, with some information about the feature.
4. From here, you can select which slides you want to include in the PDF by clicking on the drop down menu.
5. Once finished, you can click the "Export to PDF" button, which will work some magic, and after a short wait will automatically save the presentation PDF to your computer.
