1 - Click on the pencil icon below the property name.

2 - In the window that just opened, you should now see that in the right-hand column there are input boxes where you can select a new date and time.

3 - Once you've changed and are happy with the date and time, click the green Save button.
4 - To re-send the Pre-Appointment email, firstly click on the green Action button in the top right.
5 - Navigate to the Pre-Appointment tab. Feel free to change any other details here, before clicking on the green Send again button.
