f you're new to Acaboom, or perhaps you're an existing customer who has discovered some old properties that need importing to Acaboom, there are a couple of ways you can achieve this which are detailed below.
Method 1 - Importing properties from a CSV file
There is quite a convenient feature in Acaboom which allows us to upload property data contained within a CSV, otherwise known as a comma separated value file. These can be added in batches of 25.
On request, we can provide a CSV spreadsheet template that allows you to enter the details of the properties which can be returned to us to be imported to your account.
Please email [email protected] to request the template and discuss any other queries you may have.
After you've populated the CSV file:
1 - Go to 'Settings'.
2 - Select the 'Import' tab and click on 'Import CSV'.
Method 2 - Adding properties manually
This method is a little more hands on, but does allow you to add properties yourself without the need to enter all of the data into our CSV template.
Simply add properties to Acaboom the usual way (Adding a property) whilst ensuring to skip the Pre-Appointment step.
You can then configure the property as required, including adding comparables and adjusting your valuation letter if you are planning on sending a proposal for this property.
