Step by step instructions:

1. Whilst logged in to Acaboom, Click "Account".

2. Navigate to the "Users" tab, and click on the pencil icon for the team member you wish to edit.

3. Inside the Staff Details interface, there are 3 important sections to make sure are filled out.

  • Both forename and surname

  • Photo upload

  • Job title

4. To upload a photo, simply click "Choose file" and select the file from your file browser.

Once selected, you will be given the option to crop the image. Click "ok" when you're done.

5. Click "Save" to submit your changes.

6. Now that the user information is all correctly populated, they're ready to be added to the team slide in the next steps. Make sure to repeat steps 2 - 5 for each staff member you wish to add.

7. Click "Settings" in the left-hand side menu.

8. Select the "Settings" tab and the "Manage team members" option

You will see two sections, Sales and Lettings. This is so that you can configure different team lists for both sales and lettings templates.

9. Click inside the textbox, and start typing the name of the team member you wish to add. Click on their name to add them to the list.

10. Once you've added each team member, they will appear like this. Click "Save" to submit the changes.

You can click and drag a team member's name to re-order the list if you need to.

11. That's it! The dynamic team slide will now feature each of the selected team members, with their name, job title and photo as selected.

FAQs

How can I add a photo of someone who doesn't have an Acaboom account?

At present, it is only possible to add staff members who are also Acaboom users to the team slide. A way around this would be to create a fake new user with any sort of fictional email address/password and upload their image and insert their name. You can follow our "Add new user" guide here.

A user needs to appear in the team slide across multiple offices, how do I do that?

The user likely needs to be granted access to the other offices - this is the only way they can appear in that office's team slide. Please contact [email protected] to authorise office access for users.
