What does the dashboard show?

Client activity

Presentations created – Includes all presentations within the period including those yet to happen and any that might have been cancelled.
Proposals sent – All proposals sent in the period, irrespective of when the presentation was created.

Proposal Statistics

Total views – The total number of uniquely viewed proposals within the period.
Viewed once – The percentage of proposals viewed once.
Viewed multiple times - The percentage of proposals viewed more than once.

Recent clients activity (last 90 days)

The client activities default shows events listed in the time/day order they occurred. Activities/events include:

“High-value summary” items include multiple views of a proposal along with the items above marked with an *. Only the last event/view is displayed (e.g. a proposal viewed 3 times will have only the latest view displayed.

Note that multiple views within a 10-minute period are counted as a single view.

Local market activity

Sales over last 12 months – the total number of sold properties logged with Land Registry and compared to the previous period.
Avg. price: 3 months – the average price of the total sales logged with Land Registry in the period.

The geographic area used to calculate results is derived from the make up postcodes entered into the Coverage section within your account.

Note: It can take 3 to 6 months from the time a property is sold until the sold price data is available within Land Registry results. For this reason there can be a lag in the most recent months results.

Withdraw watch

Properties tracked – the number of properties/presentations with a status set as “Withdrawn”. (Such properties are tracked and if the address appears on the Land Registry in the next 12 months, you are notified.)
