Integration overview
With the Loop Software integration enabled it eliminates the need to enter Market Appraisal appointment data (i.e. client name, address, contact details, appointment date and time, etc) into Acaboom.

When a Market Appraisal is booked in Loop, the appointment details are sent to Acaboom, where (if selected) a Pre-Appointment presentation is automatically sent to the homeowner and the main presentation is created ready for the valuer to add comparables, etc.

Welcome to our integration setup guide, designed to seamlessly connect your system with Loop for a streamlined workflow. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth integration process. With the booking of a market appraisal within Loop, the integration supports the automatic sending of your Acaboom pre-appointment presentation and the creation of the main presentation/proposal within your account, where itโ€™s then ready for the valuer to add comparable property and supporting data.

  1. Request Initiation:
    When a request is received either from yourself or directly from Loop, we swing into action. Our team works diligently in the background to set up the integration, ensuring that all necessary details are gathered and processed.

  2. Integration Configuration:
    Once the initial request is received, we collate and setup the required information and send it over to Loop. This facilitates the mapping of accounts and users, ensuring a secure and efficient integration process.

  3. Confirmation from Loop:
    Loop will notify you once the integration is successfully set up and ready to go. This confirmation is your signal that the systems are now connected and prepared to enhance your workflow.
