If you are experiencing any issues with the Acaboom mobile app, there are some quick and easy checks you can make on your phone to help troubleshoot and resolve the problem yourself.
Check that your device has sufficient storage space
Ensure you are connected to the internet, preferably via WiFi as some providers don't allow downloads on mobile data
Whilst downloading a presentation, allow 1-2 minutes for the presentation to download. Some presentations can take longer to download due to the data they contain. For example, presentations containing lots of videos will take longer to download.
Ensure the app is up to date
Ensure your mobile device's operating system up to date. E.g iOS 15, Android 12
If you have checked each of the above and are still experiencing issues, we have listed some further troubleshooting methods you can try in the app itself.
Log out, and back in to the app. You can achieve this by pressing the hamburger icon ☰ and then "log out".
Quit, and re-open the app.
Reinstall the app (uninstall, then install again from the app store)
Verify that the network you are connected to is functioning properly. You may need to contact your office tech support to check this, or your internet service provider if you are working from home.
