Acaboom uses AI technology provided by OpenAI to deliver certain AI-powered features within the platform.

Customer data remains stored within Acaboom’s secure infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Where an AI feature is used, only the information relevant to generating the requested response is securely transmitted to OpenAI for processing.

Acaboom’s OpenAI account is configured so that inputs and outputs are not shared with OpenAI for model training or improvement purposes. Data is processed solely to provide the requested functionality requested by the user.

Acaboom maintains appropriate technical, organisational and contractual measures to protect customer data and operates in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and data protection requirements.
