The AI Proposal Concierge (Beta) is a new feature designed to support homeowners while they are viewing a proposal. It appears as a pop-up window within the main Sales and Lettings presentation and acts as a personal AI assistant, available 24/7 to answer questions and guide them through the proposal. ​ ​

The AI Proposal Concierge provides real-time assistance to homeowners while they are viewing a proposal. Homeowners can ask questions directly within the presentation, helping them better understand the content without needing to contact the estate agent immediately.

1. 24/7 availability Homeowners can get answers at any time, including outside office hours.
2. Better follow-ups for estate agents Estate agents can review the full chat transcript before contacting the homeowner, enabling more informed and personalised conversations.
3. Improved engagement Keeps homeowners actively engaged with the proposal rather than dropping off.
4. Self-serve experience Allows homeowners to explore and clarify details at their own pace.

When the AI Proposal Concierge is in Trial Mode:

- Visible only to the estate agent in the proposal preview when clicking the 'Try AI Proposal Concierge'
- Not visible in the Vendor/Homeowner copy
- Estate agents can interact with the chat in Trial 'Preview' proposal link
- Chat history is not saved in preview mode
- Chat history is saved only once the feature is enabled for homeowners

- AI Chat becomes available in sent presentations to homeowners
- Trial Mode is automatically turned off
- AI Chat appears in all sent proposals (both new and existing)
- AI Chat transcripts are saved in Activity and are appended each time the homeowner interacts with the chat

- Reverts back to Trial Mode
- AI Chat is removed from homeowner presentations

1. Uses the user profile image (Account &gt; Users)
2. If no image exists, a default icon is shown
