The integration between Spectre and Acaboom brings together Spectre’s powerful property data and Acaboom’s personalised client presentations, helping agents deliver even more compelling marketing materials and win more instructions.
This integration has been developed directly in response to client demand and is available to all users with accounts on both platforms.
Getting Started
To use this integration, you will need active accounts with both Spectre and Acaboom.
If this is of interest, please contact your support team or account manager to get set up.
Setup
Once confirmation has been received that your template has been populated with the Spectre slide you will need to action the following:
1. In Spectre, create a new API token via Settings > Spectre API (note: this may require Company Admin rights). Be careful not to delete any already created tokens
2. Copy the token and paster this into each Acaboom Account under Account > Integrations > Spectre then 'save'
Adding Spectre data to a client presentation
A new Spectre section will now be present in the Presentation area of your specific client presentations in Actions. This feature allows you to easily pull property data from Spectre directly into Acaboom.
How It Works
Open your client presentation and go to Actions → Presentation.
Locate the new Spectre section.
When you click the section, you will have a drop of which template from Spectre to choose, once selected, Acaboom will attempt to retrieve data from Spectre using the property address provided.
Once the data is found, click continue to add it to the presentation.
Troubleshooting
If there is a problem with the address, you’ll be prompted to amend it.
Update the address details in the Spectre section and try again.
The templates listed above can differ depending on what template you have access to in Spectre
Important Notes
This feature is currently only available on the web version of Acaboom.
While you cannot retrieve Spectre data directly from the mobile app, once the data has been pulled on the web, it can be downloaded and accessed in the Mobile App.
Output
A property microsite is embedded directly into the presentation slide for online use and in sent proposals
A PDF version is also generated and downloaded for clients using the Acaboom mobile app.
Content Management
All report content is controlled directly from your Spectre account.
Acaboom does not manage or edit the content provided by Spectre.
