(Please note this integration is specifically for MRI Sales & Lettings and is separate to MRI Radar)
With the MRI Sales & Lettings Integration enabled it eliminates the need to enter Market Appraisal appointment data (i.e. client name, address, contact details, appointment date and time, etc) into Acaboom.
When a Market Appraisal is booked in MRI Sales & Lettings, the appointment details can be sent to Acaboom automatically via 'Action' button > Send to Acaboom.
Note: On the first time that 'send to Acaboom' is used - the user may be required to enter their Acaboom credentials, this will create an integration token against your user profile in the system (backend)
The property entry is then created in Acaboom ready for the valuer to add comparables, other relevant data and send the proposal afterwards.
