(Please note this integration is specifically for MRI Engage and is separate to MRI Radar)
With the MRI Engage Integration enabled it eliminates the need to enter Market Appraisal appointment data (i.e. client name, address, contact details, appointment date and time, etc) into Acaboom.
When a Market Appraisal is booked in MRI Engage, the appointment details can be sent to Acaboom automatically via 'Action' button > Send to Acaboom.
At the time of the insert you have the option to:
Select Account
Select Main template required.
Send the Pre-appointment
Send Copy to valuer
Send SMS
The property entry is then created in Acaboom ready for the valuer to add comparables, other relevant data and send the proposal afterwards.
Are events sent back to MRI Engage from Acaboom?
Yes. Once the appointment is sent to Acaboom, Engage CRM retrieves the event history via the API and displays it in the Acaboom History tab (found under Actions on the property). This shows the event dates, event types and descriptive text for activity against the property.
