Our Pre-Appointment template is a valuable tool that lets you introduce yourself to homeowners in a clear and engaging way.

One key part of the template is the slide where you put a face to your name and share a few details about your career and personal life. This helps the homeowner feel more comfortable and starts building trust before you even arrive.

When used well, this simple addition can make a real difference to how you're perceived – setting the stage for a more open and productive appointment.

Below are a few examples that you can use as guidance.

Quick tip: You can always us an AI tool and request it to create a bio based on some bullet points that you put in it.
