The pre-appointment information email is sent to the valuer on the day they are scheduled to attend the appointment. It includes the details found in the 'research' section of Acaboom. You can enable or disable this email for your account based on your preference.
1 - Click on the 'settings' menu on the left hand side of the screen.
2 - Select the 'Settings' tab.
3 - In the 'Pre-Appointment (research) information' dropdown, click 'off' and click 'save'.
