We are introducing a new functionality within the Valuation letter section - which allows you to place a minimum and maximum price, rather than a fixed price.

The Valuation Letter section allows you to quickly generate customised letters using a smart text editor driven by data inputs.

  • Data Inputs: Fields that automatically populate the letter (Min Price, Max Price, Recommended Price, Fee Percentage or Fee Price)

  • Manual Text: You’re free to add or adjust any wording to tailor the message as needed.

Yellow Data Fields

  • These highlight placeholders in the editor that need to be filled out.

  • They indicate what information should be entered into the input fields at the top.

  • Once updated in the input fields, the letter will reflect those changes.

Preview & Save

  • Click 'Preview' (located just above the text editor) to view the formatted letter before saving.

  • Once satisfied, you can Save & Continue.

Note: The number of fields shown depends on your setup - some letters may have fewer editable inputs.

A demonstration of the letter can be viewed by clicking the video below:

Important Note:
If you only have one price to present, you must enter it as the Recommended price. This allows the system to progress and mark the valuation letter as completed (in green color). To trigger this, either a Recommended price must be entered, or both a Minimum and Maximum price.
